Founder & Managing Director
David is setting the vision, mission, and overall strategy of the business. Managing the day-to-day operations, including finance, marketing, and human resources. Additionally, he cultivates relationships with stakeholders, investors, and customers.
GEOFFREY VAN ROEY
Senior Business/Account Manager
Geoffrey is responsible for managing existing clients in the energy industry and defense and aerospace sectors. He also ensures close follow-up with Engibex consultants to ensure customer satisfaction.
ELEN BISLAMIAN
Business Manager
Elen’s role involves managing existing clients in the automotive industry, as well as handling HR inquiries related to recruitment, selection, and work permits.

Junior Business Manager
Antoine is responsible for business development in Wallonia.

Sarah oversees recruitment, team members follow-up, screening and interviewing.

ENGIBEX PLACES HIGH IMPORTANCE ON ITS RELATIONSHIP WITH THE COMMUNITY AND IS COMMITTED TO PROVIDING SUPPORT WHENEVER POSSIBLE
In 2022, we made a heartfelt request to our employees to forgo their traditional St Nicholas chocolates and instead, generously donate them to those in need. Our team came together and hit the streets, spreading joy and warmth by distributing these sweet treats to those who could use a smile during the chilly winter months. It was a small act of kindness that made a big impact and truly showcased the giving spirit of our team.
STAND WITH UKRAINIAN CHILDREN
Engibex was shocked by the recent Russian invasion and vehemently condemns it. We stand with the Ukrainian people and support their right to live in peace and security. In response, we took action and made a meaningful contribution by purchasing and distributing essential school supplies to Ukrainian children who were recently arrived in Belgium. It is our hope that this small gesture will help to ease the burden of adapting to a new country and support them in their academic pursuits.
